Each order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or vendor events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times and promise your order is being handled thoughtfully.
All products are ready to ship and crafted in small batches.
✧ Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping options include:
- Standard shipping
- Expedited shipping
Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
At this time, free shipping is not offered.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery details will be provided at checkout and through your tracking information.
✧ Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first, as it provides the most up-to-date status. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier conditions or transit issues.
If you need additional assistance, you’re always welcome to reach out. While delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier, we’re happy to help however we can.
✧ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package appears lost in transit, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.
Willow Spring Apothecary is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
✧ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping details before placing your order.
Willow Spring Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been processed.
✧ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
All items are non-returnable, including personal care products.
We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
✧ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Each situation is reviewed with care, and we will determine the most appropriate resolution. This may include a:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
depending on the circumstances.
✧ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.
If you need to make a change (such as updating your address or correcting an item), please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.
